If there are characters or series or something very relevant you don't know then sure. But if its like "i dont know what to call this clothing" or something don't leave it as 'tagme'. The 'tagme' tag is for things without the important tags, not the normal generic tags. It's annoying when I go to the tagme tag and its just going through pictures of Kino that have just kino and clannad girls that are already tagged anyway that are all 'tagme' like you didn't already fucking tag it. I'm fixing most of them (why i went to tagme - to tag things and to remove tagme's that dont belong) but try to be more careful about using it in the future. tl;dr - Less important tags can be added by anyone whenever, tagme is just for missing important ones.
