I'd like to formally announce that REDTROOPER has been appointed interim XO of the 501st Spec Ops Detachment. I had the pleasure of meeting Michael at C3 and know he'll make a great addition to our leadership team. Please keep in mind that because we are just starting out, all officer positions within the Det are temporary until we can hold formal elections. Everyone in the Det is welcomed to participate and elect/support their leadership in a democratic manner as dictated by the 501st Charter. We still need leads for all the armor categories, and I'd like to have a PR Officer to assist. If anyone is interested in stepping into a leadership position here and you are a member in good standing with the 501st, feel free to respond or PM me.
