Mr Fett (Andy) did a great one at C3 and he's a member here - hopefully he'll chime in and perhaps become a mod for this costume. I'm thinking the tank could be done in such a way that it'd look heavy but weigh nothing (kinda like sandy backpacks). But I was bored and just wanted to research as much as I could to get this section going.
