There are several different TX Biker Scouts (technically referred to here as Storm Commandos). First is a black biker scout to BSN standards (just black armor vs white). It is the base Legion standard, and BikerScout.net standards apply. There are also earlier RPG versions (2 - one is a concept version with a cool WWII Germans-style helmet), as well as a comics version that I think you're referring to. I've seen a few others, but we need to consolidate them into the proposed Costume Reference Library specs for Legion approval.
