I would first suggest getting a regular Stormtrooper approved, then move into this. It's the same costume, just with the specialized saber. It's your best bet, but I can check with the LMO and see if he'll approve it as a TX (as it is EU and rightfully falls under us). Welcome aboard, and shoot me your location in the US and I'll hook you up with your local Garrison. As far as armor, I can only openly suggest eBay. PM me and I can probably get you a better deal.
