Magma Trooper / Stealth Trooper Posts: 43 Group: Members Member #38 Joined: October 20, 2005	I've seen others color their leather boots, to varying degrees of success, but I know that there can be some "touching-up" that has to be done after each trooping event. Good Luck! Make sure that you post pics of your completed armor!

They also took a little extra time, but was well worth it. Zach TR/TX-6078 NER That is true about caboots..... I called them a few months back inquiring about the cost of black TK boots for the Stealth Trooper and was quoted an additional $20 over the normal cost. Although, the guy did suggest ordering multiples of the same color whenever possible. It may drive down the cost and wait time if they know they will be selling quite a few units. Just a suggestion.

This is the first and last time I purchase a set of used armor. I bought my Magma armor used as well. I was very disappointed as it was pretty hacked when I first took it out of the box. After a couple weeks of hard work cleaning and fixing some pretty shoddy work by the original owner, I got it looking decent. You can see some pics in the posts above. It's still a work in progress. High speed super duper paratrooper, (leg) Posts: 90 Group: Members Member #61 Joined: December 27, 2005	I really don't see a problem with painting, if it sctratches or is otherwise messed up it'll look like your armor was damaged. You'll get real looking BD and weathering.

But the coolest comment I heard on the floor was "Hey, look! It's a red Stormtrooper!" then "That is so damned cool - why weren't they in the movie?". Kudos on pulling off the coolest TX I saw at the Con! I feel really bad that I never got the chance to say hi. It won't happen again.
