I'll keep posting the progress as I make some. Until my KS armour arrives (which will need trimming and making cos I'm a cheapskate and couldn't afford the precut / made stuff) I'll be doing the sintra bits. Next up ...Thigh armour. 1st problem .. I don't have a pot big enough to boil that much sintra LOL Hmmm scrap that - I'll make the spats next - I can probably do those in a couple of days. Keep your eyes peeled for updates on thursday.

Sorry for delays in updates, but work and life has been manic, and I've been waiting on my ABS armour arriving. I've been told it shipped on the 6th June, so I should be able to get some more progress up in a three weeks or so (depending on US to UK shiping time) I still have the spats drawn out on sintra, and will try and get those done over the next week. |

OK So I haven't exactly been as motivated as I could've been on this costume. Mainly because I've been let down on a couple of areas and it really dented the enthusiasm. I was supposed to get a pair of Vader shins from a guy in teh UK, but he's still not produced the goods, and the Black ABS Scout armour I ordered (which shipped in early June) still hasn't arrived. So, currently I'm still at the stage of having: Flightsuit Vambraces Boot Spat Armour Having said that, I have no bought some black twill to make the cummerbund and waist pouches (well get my g/f to make them - I'm crap at this sewing lark) |

That is not cool. Sorry you are having issues with people sending what they promised. Where did you order it from? Vader shins can be found on ebay quite often, if you want to go that route. I know what you mean about sewing. My wife is good at it. I suck . I had mine made by someone on Bikerscout.net since they are all bimer scouts over there.
