Newbie Posts: 3 Group: Members Member #110 Joined: May 28, 2006	Wanted to show off the new Seatrooper outfit.....we wanted something that screamed "Seatrooper!", but allowed for a change back to BS if needed (save a few part swaps)... The outfit isn't yet complete, of course....there will be blue chasing lights in the chestplate, a bandolier w/ flippers, and a forearm dive knife. We just wanted to snap a few pics while we had the free time. Please, let me know what ya'll think....

Kinda reminds me of the scene in Apocalypse Now where Martin Sheen comes up out of the water. It's a great start to a cool costume and can't wait to see it when it's done! I could turn myself into "Trooperhulk." :lol: Why have a BCD under the armour just use a back inflateable BCD. Also the Cummerbun would also be used as somewhat fo a BCD as well. Reference WWII OPERATION OVERLORD (aka D-Day) Standard equipment of a flotation belt that was issued to both US and British Troops. A succesfull combining of the two would make BC a much easier as a Sea Trooper rather than the standard Vest type BCD.
