Lid Help Needed; Anyone Put a KS lid together?

 Right I have the pieces of my KS lid ... and no instructions.
I've seen the ones over at BSN, but can anyone shed any more light on this daunting task?

 A member of my garrison put a KS regular biker together. I will ask him if he has any instructions.

Also if he any useful tips on mods (voice amp / cooling fan placement etc) that'd be cool too.
