Hey everyone,

Recently, Ive been thinking about the possbillity of offering casts in the future, and wanted to know who thinks or already knows who may be interested in this. Just things that I need everyone who is interested, is that 1) this armor is sized for someone in the 6'7 height range and 2) You will need to get an FX helmet in order to use the modified back piece. With those things, in mind, I am just guaging any interest. Thanks.

On the BFII darktrooper, it's just a clone with tk forearms and custom shoulders I think. You might do better offering the little greeblie knobs, or casting your backpack

Most of it is clone armor, however, there are some differences between the guants. They look TK and are very similar, but for accuracy, the back end hasa trapazoid look to it. The chest is an inverted clone chest, the thighs are clone, the boxes and belt/canister are clone. The shoulders and biceps are neither, totally DT. Calf are a tk hybrid.

Anyone can use their clone parts and I gues modify sections, but Im building everything and will try to offer everything in one kit.

I guess I should look more closely at those screen shots before I open my mouth  . If all those peices are different then this does sound like a worthwhile project. I'm not going to make a darktrooper, but good luck with it

Thanks Apollo. I know there are alot of similarities to the clone armor, and I have thought about just buying already made clone pieces, but I feel it would be better if I made it, because it would fit with everything else better. Plus, if and when ever I do offer copies, I wouldnt want anyone to have to search for all the pieces like a puzzle. The only thing I would say they would need to get on their own is an FX bucket.

I would most definitely be interested. I'm working on an Imp Officer for my first suit to enter. After that, though, I'm looking for EU type stuff. I'll probably do Thrawn even because I already have the red sclera contacts. However, I'd be interested in doing a DT as my second armor.

I'm 6'4", but could probably find a good pump for the boots. Not to mention my body-style does not fit well into normal TK armor. I'm wide in the shoulders and military-style muscular. I have the body-type to play a good Vader, but I'd prefer the more eclectic armors that only the true geeks, I mean fans, will know about. Things like Revan, Thrawn, and the like.

So, yes, I would be interested. Um, if you don't mind my asking, how much will this run?

You will be able to adjust the armor, your not that far off, so you'll be fine. I have the huge shoulders as well, so you shouldnt worry. Right now, I cannot say what the price will be. I still have alot of work to do, make more molds, ect. It wont be for awhile, just want to let you know.

My goal is, whenever I can and will sell copies, is to keep it around 500 or less, depending on the plastic I use. I want to use ABS, but depends on its avaiability.
