AND THERE WAS LIGHT! these little tap lights put out some serious shine, lovin it.![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() The lights are removable (wifes request so she can use the when i'm not trooping with them) Used a cardboard center from a packing tape roll, cut it down a little, lights slide in and are held in by friction. Need to paint the backs black, other than the chrome Imperial COG that Kyles (CCG CO aka EVO trooper guy) making for it, this is ready to rock and roll! |

Here are some snap shots of the armor on me. Need to get the belt sorted, that's a filler i'm wearing. Also missing the thigh plates, decided that i want those after all, should have them ready for Saturdays troop. I think i want to repaint the armor with a different black that photographs better, but that will have to wait.

Had an amazing troop in the armor, my shoulders were al little sore, but the next day i felt suprisingly well! I was worried the helmet would be too much for me, but i spend 6 hours in it with periodic breaks and it work really well. Everyone though the armor looked awesome, a couple kids thought i was from HALO, i can see how it looks a little like an ODST, or maybe it was the red lens. Really happy with the armor and i look forward to doing more troops in it ![]() link to gallery of the troop at the Cloud City Garrison website: http://www.cloudcitygarrison.com/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=49156 Edited by SpitFireScout, May 4 2009, 09:42 PM.

Just did the UFO Parade in Mckminnville Oregon. Alot of fun and the people loved us. Here are some shots of the suit taken by a garrison mate. It was around 80 degrees (hot for us West Coast Oregon light weights) so I ditched the neck seal to allow a little more air in.
