Ah, so if it's not FX would you be able to shed light on which kit its built from? Also would you mind posting images (here if you wish, or on the auction) of the inside bucket? Thanks!

tubecity, I'm guessing you are the seller of this item. I'm going to assume that this is one of a kind from your personal armor. Does it have fans inside? Also, what does it mean that it is an ANH "stunt" helmet? And does that mean that it is a smaller scale helmet than the FX? Just wondering what the difference is. Thanks bro. Oh btw, why the heck would you sell it?!?

Oops, Thanks for putting this thread in the right place. I should pay more attention to the options... To be honest I have no idea which kit my uniform comes from. Its a custom job, the plastic being much thicker than the average .8 or .9. I think its more like 2.0 mm. I'm selling the helmet because a group of us are all putting TXs together, and we really want to look as much like a matching squad as possible. So the armours are all coming from various places, but we've got a set of nice fibreglass ANH Stunt style helmets coming seperately. I bought my armour from another TX, so I ended with two helmets, the voice unit's different than our standard issue... etc etc. I also need the money! My MG 34 and silenced Sterling cost me a bundle, and I haven't even fitted the scopes to the second yet... There are no fans. Oh, by ANH Stunt I mean that it is in the style of the helmets worn in the 1st film, by the sandtroopers most prominently, but also by some of the 'Princess catchers' etc. Obviously its a black version though. So if you want to picky its more screen accurate than the FX type, not that TXs ever show up on screen... Here's some images, including one of the inside: http://www.flickr.com/photos/12591757@N03/...57602471281735/ (Couldn't figure out how to insert them directly into this post) This is how I got it, I was going to revamp the inside, but I haven't, since I'm selling it. Somebody else can put in the helmet computer and holo-imagers if they want to... TC |
