I hate to have to do this, but times and very hard circumstances have left me no choice. For sale is a set of Black High-Gloss ABS scout armor with bucket that I bought from Kropserkel quite some time back with the intention of making a Storm Commando costume. The kit was bought as a rough-cut kit and I did all the trimming and sanding on the armor. Aside from some minor work, it's basically ready to cut slots for the elastic bands and put on at this point. The helmet is an ABS helmet, though I never started working on trimming or assembling it so it's still rough cut. I've seen a few ABS helmet kits assembled, and if done right they can look great (and are a fraction of the weight of the normal scout buckets). I'm going up to my storage unit in the next few days, I'll be digging it out to get some photos of it uploaded so any interested parties can see it. In the mean time these links are from Kropserkel's website and show exactly what you're buying, they're just professionally photographed in their studios insead of snapshots of the parts laying on my beadspread : Armor (http://www.kropserkel.com/Images/Scoutblackset.jpg) Finished Bucket (http://www.kropserkel.com/Images/KropStealthST.jpg) Bucket Components (http://www.kropserkel.com/Images/Scout-A-helmet-kit-set.jpg) Again, the bucket is in the rough-cut stage, I included the finished product pic to show what it'll look like when done. Just an FYI, this kit cost me $500 when I bought it, and I've done almost all the trimming and sanding. To get a trimmed, sanded kit from them is an extra $100 (even more if you get the helmet kit trimmed) if I remember the costs right. I'm getting rid of this kit for $400 OBO (plus paypal fee, if paypal is used for payment). I'll cover the shipping fees to the buyer. My email address is temporary159@yahoo.com and my phone number is 850.896.0283. I prefer a call to discuss it since my email access is spotty, but I will be able to return emails within a few days. If you have no other way, PM me on this board, but I can't garauntee that I'll be back to access PM's on any regular basis. I'm also listing this for sale on the Florida Garrison boards (my garrison) and Bikerscout.net, so you guys will have some competition. I listed my regular scout for sale on the FL board and sold it before I ever got a chance to list it anywhere else. Good luck and all that. Maybe some day I'll be able to afford to get another costume and get back in. |

This is the exact type of armor I am looking for to get. I found a kit on a site that has the helmet with no trim and the armor but no jumpsuit, blaster, gloves, or boots. |
