TX 7763 Posts: 192 Group: Supporter Member #271 Joined: March 31, 2007	While I have been cutting and sanding on my Snowtrooper armor I decide to FINALLY start the trimming process for my future Shadow Scout. I have had the armor since Nov. but I never had the time to start cutting. So, to make a bit more room and take a break from the Snowie armor I began the rough trim process. CHEST ARMOR UNTRIM After a quick trim with the tin snips! This costume will take a while. I am having to save up for a helmet and still need all the soft goods and boots. But the armor will be ready once I get the money for ALL the other stuff. :lol: :lol: My plan is to recreate General Weir. I just have to find away to make a redish lens for my helmet. I keep updating on my progress. I have more pics which I will post soon. So many projects, so little time! :lol: :lol:

Advanced Member Posts: 111 Group: Members Member #236 Joined: December 1, 2006	If you like, I can send you some of the dark red acetate I have left over from my Royal Guard bucket. It's pretty flimsy, so you may want to glue it down to a thicker clear or smoked lens -- if you do that, make sure it's been curved to shape first, so the acetate doesn't get stretched and split from bending the lens after gluing the acetate on.
