Luis and I are both looking to join the same Garrison. I could be wrong, but I don't think he's a member yet either. Just wondering, because I gumped up my decals also.

If you're not a member you just can't get into the forums, so, you have 2 choices. 1- Try to contact your GML and ask him/her to help you. 2- Try to find the decals on EBAY (# 1 will be my choice)
