yeah the belt is permanently attached via rivets, i was thinking of making it attachable, but, i want it to fit securely and not go anywhere...so i used rivets to secure it; and i did use the FISD tutorial. i am trying to make the suit as comfy as possible so i detached the butt plate and i wanted to look like our white armor brothers, just black!!!!!! and yes, the fuzzy side is facing my undersuit...thought of that one too....i'll take better pictures of it all when i get my boots, hopefully they'll be here by next week!!!!!

hey guys well still working on my armor...still trying to figure out how to attach the butt piece back on, and finding clips for my thermal detonator cannister, but i did get my boots and let me tell you they look even shinier in person, here are some pics of the boots and how they look with the armor, still trying to tewak things and shave off the brow trim on the helmet, also trying to get some mirroed lenses, so with these things said, here's my updated armor...enjoy, any comments/concerns/questions let me know!!!!! thanks!!!!!

I never shortened my thighs, I just pulled them up higher so they didn't get in the way of bending my leg. I'm thinking that I'm going to grind down the back of my shin armor though, so it stops digging into the back of my knees. I'd love to be able to do kung fu in the armor... But that's alot of modding to get the waist and legs to bend freely.

Looks like you need to put some screen behind the teeth. You shouldn't be able to see skin through them. Just get some plastic window screen material, fold it over a few times, and hotglue it so it fills the gaps.

Agreed. I have some extra. Let me know and I can send it to you, though the screen store might be faster.

That second helmet looks a million times better. What is it? Painted MR? Nice look. I've always preferred the mirror lenses but in your case the black ones look fierce!
