I keep seeing posts about a Concept Scout Rifle.. but I have no clue what it is, or what it looks like. I haven't yet been able to find any pics on google because it typically brings up real military weapons. Can anyone clarify what this rifle looks like or a guide on how to make it? Pictures are preferable. Thanks! |
