Hi I am building mine and I was wondering where I can good but cheap boots for my costume???
And do they need the black vinyl for the calf area like have seen with white scouts????

If you are doing the "Shadow Scout", which is a mirror of the regular Biker only in black, then you can use the simple and easy tutorial found on the BSN site... that's how I made mine:
