Afterlife UK will soon be converting to ZetaBoards. We do not yet have an exact date for the conversion, but assume it will be sometime in the near future. Therefore, the forums will be inaccessible for a short period and will not re-open until we are satisfied with the new board. You may continue to use the invisionFree board (the current forums) and nothing will be lost or removed in the conversion process. This means all of your settings will remain intact and your signature/avatar will also be kept. If you have any queries, do not hesitate to contact myself or visit the invisionFree Support Board to find out further information. In the event of the worst coming to the worst, we are currently making backups of all forum files and topics. You may also be inclined to make backups of your own, including any useful posts or topics you may have, your avatar and signature. If your avatar is in the current gallery, it may no longer be available after the ZetaBoards conversion, there will, however, be alternatives available for you to use. Related Topics: |

It's here at last! Welcome to our new home at ZetaBoards. As the message above states: things will look out of place and certain features may be incompatible. So as a little introduction, I give you this reply. The main reason for the move to the upgraded service was because of incompatiblity and spam bots at our InvisionFree/(IPB 1.3 Final) board. The new service has not been attacked by spammers, and has much more features and accessibility. The first thing you will notice is the skin/layout. Obviously this isn't the same as what our old board used to look like - we have, however, been working on Something new (found here). This will later be implemented onto our official board, here upon completion. Next, you'll notice the BBCode, and main features of the board are slightly different. These will take some getting used to, although we did previously offer the chance to register at ourtemporary test board from mid-march. There are many issues with colours and the current domain not pointing to the board correctly. We hope to have these fixed in due course. The board may be turned offline occassionally so that we can work on completing these issues faster, although the chances are, we'll keep the place online.
