Yes, that's right, staff members. To begin with we'll be inviting members to do jobs here that we believe are capable of doing so. The positions start after the board has been converted to ZetaBoards, and training will be provided if required. Positions required are as follows: Chief Moderator: That's right, we want a chief moderator, someone who is able to give instructions to moderators, and suggest improvements for new methods of board moderation here at Afterlife UK.Could you be active for at least 12 hours (over one week, not one day), moderate the board, and instruct other moderators on how to use the new moderation features. Quote Code: ALUK-CMO-147 Job Status: Permanent Available Position(s): 1 Moderators: Those who take a look around the board, keeping users under control, and ensuring that spam, inappropriate content or any user that violates a guideline is warned or suspended. Apply From: End of April 2008. Quote Code: ALUK-MOD-148 Job Status: Permanent/Temporary. Available Position(s): 2 Webring Manager Someone able to manage "business" is in for a deal here at Afterlife UK. This job would be working away from Afterlife UK, infact on our sister site, Advertisement Planet, posting news and announcements, events and information from Afterlife UK, as part of the Webring network. The job would also, however, involve visiting Afterlife UK and managing Search Engine Optimisation, by recommending keywords and possible other search facilities, arranging and confirming affiliationships with other boards or websites, and dealing with promotion facilities at Afterlife UK on the whole. Available Position(s): 2 Events Co-ordinator: A user who is willing and committed to Afterlife UK could handle this role. Afterlife UK administrators are looking for a staff member to organise events at the forum, such as competitions, contests or other features. Afterlife UK would also permit the Events Co-Ordinater to administrate an arcade (when it becomes available for ZetaBoards). Apply From: End of April 2008.
