Even though I would like to say this but this wouldn't be easy meaning I need a staff of programmors and designers to help pull this off.

First, I can put together the skeleton of the site in a few months, alone, noone else needs to help there. You would need a population of about 1,000 people on the site to get advertisers to be attracted, so it will take a lot of time, really, unless you want to use a couple hundred dollars and get it out of the way now. Programmers will only be needed for things like markup help and creating the technical part, and I think a few will flock here in due time. Designers are mainly used to make the "skin" of the site, they put color into the site and organize a little, most of them do that for fun or free. Unless you want to flop out some cash to buy rights to a site now, then theres no need to get your finances together, really.
