THE ABOVE ARTICLES CAN BE VIEWED BY OPENING THE BULLETIN ATTACHMENT. If you are unable to view or open this PDF attachment format satisfactorily let me know and I will temporally relocate your email addee to a separate directory that will accommodate non-PDF attachment transmission.

Note:
1. Unless otherwise requested all subscribers are sent their Bulletin in this format which consist of a cover page index of articles with a PDF attachment containing the actual Bulletin. Since the Bulletin normally runs over 35 pages (about 900 KBytes) this eliminates rejection by some servers because of size. However, not all subscribers can with attachments that contain PDF documents. Those who cannot can request receipt in "TEXT” format which is a straight email message (without photos or highlighting) until they obtain capability to open PDF files.

2. New subscribers and those who submit a change of address should receive a “Test” message in PDF format of the last Bulletin sent to ensure they are able to receive the Bulletin at the email addee they provided. If you do not receive the “Test” message within 3 days it indicates that either I never received you request or your server will not allow me to send the PDF Bulletin to the email addee you provided. Anyone who cannot reach me by email can call (951) 238-1246 to ask questions or confirm info needed to add them to the directory.

3. In the event that you do not receive any future Bulletins by the 2nd or 16th of the month , before sending me an email first check the website http://s11.zetaboards.com/CFLNewsChat/forum/27519/ under Pinned topics. There you can open a PDF attachment of the last Bulletin sent that contains everything you would normally receive in the PDF email edition I send out. If you can, it indicates that your server must have prevented you from receiving the Bulletin message I sent to you because it considers it to be SPAM. Most likely because of its size. In that event you need to call your server and ask what you have to do to receive the Bulletin through their service. If unsuccessful, let me know for further guidance.

You can also check the Vietnam Veteran of America Chap 215 http://415vva.homestead.com/VABulletin1.html or the American Legion Gulfport MS Post 119 http://post_119_gulfport_ms.tripod.com/rao1.html sites which contain Website editions of the last Bulletin sent plus a alphabetical listing of article titles posted in the last 5 years which are available for recall upon request. Bear in mind that the articles listed at these sites were valid at the time they were written and may have since been updated or become outdated. Unfortunately, AL Post 119 was devastated by hurricane Katrina and as a result of their financial and other losses is unable to maintain their site or receive emails until further notice.

Then send to this addee your full name plus either the post/branch/chapter number of the fraternal military/government organization you are currently affiliated with (if any) “AND/OR” the city and state/country you reside in so your addee can be properly positioned in the directory for future recovery. Subscription is open to all veterans, dependents, and military/veteran support organizations. .AOL users will have to provide a non-AOL email addee to receive the Bulletin at because of their spam filters and policies. This Bulletin was sent to 84,978 subscribers.
