Changes to the Forbidden/Limited list Restricted/Forbidden
Limited
Semi-Limited
Unlimited
By this list, I see LS dominating, with Gladiator Beast as a close second ( 1 Bestiari doesn't kill good Gladiators ). Also, I like how Konami limits Plauge, but forget it's rarely used in more than 1s anyways. *OCG only card. **New ruling: It's effect can only be used once per duel, even if you have multiple copies. |

If that's true, Baboon sucks then. Also, here's my perdiction on the meta: Tier 1/Top Tier
Tier 1.5
I may have forgotten a deck or two, but that's the jist of what I think the meta will be like. |

Yeah, a Solemn and/or a Bribe should be enough to protect it. And I forgot to mention, Tempest becomes awsome now with Magical City ( as it gains tons of counters easily ), as you can inflict 8000+ damage easily with Temp's burn effect. |
