I agree with Hannah. See the vet and use the sleep cage. You can use a small blanket or towel to partially cover the cage if you're concerned about your new bird getting scared while driving. When I moved from MN to TX with my 2 (drove here), I partially covered their cages and they made the 2 day trip (with an overnight stay at a motel) fine. |
