Sweet Potatoe Cookies

This is one of my favorite bird recipes It's very simply and quite healthy.

1 large cooked sweet potatoe, I leave the peel on, you can take it off if you prefer
3 ripe bananas
1 cup walnuts/almonds/your choice of nut
2 cup of oatmeal
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce



Mix together in large bowl, I usually drop them on the cookie sheet about nutriberry sized and I usually get a ton. They freeze very well though.

Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes (approx, less time if smaller, more time if larger)

All of my birds LOVE these cookies, in fact my husband will gladly eat them and they are quiet healthy
