I was watching the news tonight and a California company has recalled all of their Pistachios. The FDA has suggested "removing Pistachios from your diet for now." It seems there is another Salmonella outbreak in the US..Yippee!!

Oh well that is just great! I bought a raw nut mix at Target and have been sharing them with the fids for the last few days. Great.

I just went to Safeway (normally I go to Wholefoods) and saw that they were selling Pistachios from California at a discounted price. I complained. :) Stupid stores with their stupid budgetary needs...Screw people..let them get sick..we need MONEY!!!

LOL!!!

I got an email from www.birdsafe.com (i hope thats the right link lol) that they had all their organic nuts tested, all came back clean. So if you enjoy giving them to your birds (and you too) you can get them there :)
