Nice, BIG pics, Phil!! I guess I don't know if the attachments let you only post 2 pics per post or not. I usually upload my pics to my photobucket account and 'link' them here.

Any idea on if you're going to go with Connie or Conrad (don't remember if you said you were going to have a DNA test or not). 'He' looks more like a Conrad to me.. :D

Sorry about the size of the pics :D , I am going to post the next ones through tinypic , or photobucket . I have accounts with both . The baby dusky is a dna'ed male . So his name will be Conrad , but his nickname is going to be connie .. lol . I am picking up my sun conure tomorrow , and i hope they get along well . I am going to try to house them together , but i have a 2nd cage just in case it needs a little time . Again sorry for the large pics , i will post next time with tinypic , and maybe i can post more pics that way . The sun conure is a female , she was sexed . I hope they get along .

There's nothing wrong with large pics (didn't mean to sound like it was a problem). Since Firefox resizes them to fit the screen (IE 8 might do that too, but I don't use it.. :D ), it's not a problem for me.

One thing though.. When you do use photobucket or tinypic, you probably want to resize them before posting them (the links) here. I don't think the forum 'downsizes' pics to a certain size, so yours (3072 x 2304) would be really hard to see the whole pic on the page. 640 x 480 or 800 x 600 are good sizes to use here. I use Irfanview to resize my pics. Very good program.

Mark I don't resize my pics. I upload the full "poster" sized picture to photo bucket and it resizes automatically. the only time I resize is if I email them.. and lately I really haven't been resizing for that unless the person still has dialup like my mom. she lives out in the middle of the boonies on a mountain and there's no cable or DSL there yet.

I guess you're right about photobucket resizing. I think if you have a premium (PAID) account, you can make them bigger. Us 'unpaying' people have a max size of 1024 x 768. Which works fine for the forum.
