Hey Guys & Girls ,

I dont eat snacks much , but when i do i usually have animal crackers .... They arent as bad for you as most cookies , and are low fat / low trans fat .

Anyways , when i am eating them my conures seem desperate to try to eat one , and i am afraid they might not be good for them . They go CRAZY when they see me eating them , Bobbing their heads , and trying to get at them so bad .

The brand are " Stauffers " Animal crackers , they dont have too much stuff in them .

Any thoughts on giving a bird small pieces of these , or should i keep them away from them ??

I finally got them to eat Broccoli , and Corn , and i was so happy they loved it !!

I doubt a bit of Animal Crackers would be bad. I couldn't find the ingredients in them, but they look like they're low fat, low cholesterol (and I'm sure, low sodium too).

NICE MARK ,

Those are exactly the ones i eat ... LOL that is so cool how you got the picture of them in the post .

Good to hear they should be alright to give a couple small pieces to my Pals , i am sure they will love me for feeding it to them .

I am gonna try like a mother bird first , chew them up a little , then regurgitate them into their open little beaks .... HAHA just kidding Im gonna give them one to see how they react when they finally get their claws on one of those tasty crackers .
