Birds Maul the Innocence
Kekfa likes being scratched underneath the wings, his birdie armpits. :D He just closes his eyes and melts. My heart melts at the same time... I don't want to freak him out because when I think something is cute, my voice is real squeaky. LOL

I don't really know if Kefka's a guy though. We have not yet given him a DNA test because at our vets office, it's 150 bucks! I think I might give 30 bucks and get a DNA kit for him so I can verify what gender he is. He doesn't really chatter as much, and he's talked to constantly by the family members and me. All but one of my birds that I had through out my life, or still do, didnt play with toys as much, but... he's going everywhere with his toys. I have to keep up every week to keep toys in his cage. Chewing wood toys and paper toys. Food is another story. I can't beleive he is not a fat butt.

He's getting more yellow and BLUE everyday as well. O.O His tips of wings and whole tail is turning blue, and the top of his wings are turning more and more yellow everyday.

I love this bird. O... he's complete unafraid of fingers in his cage now. He steps-up whenever... and he's actually starting to want to come out of the cage when I'm home. He's so quiet. He doesnt scream when he wants me... he just runs in circles until someone opens his cage.

He sounds like a great bird !

You should probably get your own dna kit , and send it out to the lab . It will save you a lot of money in the process . X!

When you get a chance to post new pictures , i am sure we would all like to get a look at them . :)

I guess I probably shouldn't tell you then that the tickling under the wings is preening/breeding behavior between mates then.
