Sorryto have to say this guys, but I probably will not be able to make P2 now, because I was fired from job today because I have had too many days off sick due to my back and joint problem. The only way that I will be able to go is if someone gives me the ticket, hotel and coach fare for christmas. I cant believe that I wont be able to go, I was sooo looking forward to it. Oh that really sucks!! If you live anywhere near Nottingham I could give you a lift if everything else were to fall into place...  They shouldn't be allowed to fire you for illness. You should take them to a tribunal for that. |

OMG what a bummer! Bogwoppit is right tho no matter what the circumstances they cant fire you if you are covered witha sicknote, I would seek legal advice about that (trust me I know alot about employment law) |

:angry: They can't fire you if you have been off sick. I would take them to court and do them for every penny. Where you work does not deserve to have anyone working for them if they treat you like that.
