The area around Champs Elysèe has lots of shopping and lots of tourists, while in the area to the East, between the Champs Elysèe and Place de la Madeleine you will find a mixture of 19th century buildings intermingled with businesses. This area is in someway similar to parts of the 16th, but is generally less pretentious

The Clock Watcher
This is a small "current affairs" magazine publishing articles about recent events, interviews with local prominent figures or minor celebrities, local news and opinion or gossip columns. Copies may be purchased at most corner shops and are available in both English and French. It is distributed amongst most of Paris, so the articles are all Masquerade Friendly. Though, they often follow supernatural events, unsolved murders, or questionable breaches and provide masquerade-friendly explanations for these occurrences.

Absences
Please post here if you are going to be away from the board....be it a few days or a few weeks. Holidays, unexpected circumstances. If you don't and you do go inactive your character will be retired after 3 weeks. If your character is ancillae or elder then you will be unable to play them until they are re-approved as per the rules.
