same here. was SOL being considered? Ive never been to NY but on the news it was said that the crown area has been closed since 9/11/01 and a lady said it is unamerican to have it closed this long and I think ITA with her

Yeah, it was a finalist but it didn't make the top seven.

I believe the reason that it is closed is because it doesn't meet some fire safety regulations.
