Hey, um I think there should be a rule saying that a person can't post another picture for another three days after they already have, because there are some other people that want to post pictures too.  I don't think it's fair if one person posts a picture they want two days in a row.

For the most partt, I agree with that.
I'm not much of a picture-poster myself, but I do notice that this can easily become something where some might be left out if they can't log on and post before others do. Having some sort of flexible limit would allow people to at least have the opportunity every once in a while to indulge in their own "Picture of the day".
