Novice Posts: 109 Group: Members Member #242 Joined: July 22, 2008	Hello. I'm new here. I discovered Emily about a month ago when I stumbled upon two video excerpts of her performance at this year's Ice Chips show in Boston. I was completely blown away! I never really paid much attention to figure skating when I was growing up. I do remember the Nancy Kerrigan/Tonya Harding feud, of couse, because it received so much coverage, and as a Canadian, I was aware of the "battle of the Brians" (Brian Orser and Brian Boitano). A figure skater named Elizabeth Manley also attracted some notice here in Canada, as did Elvis Stoiko (sp?). But I never really followed skating very much. The moment I saw Emily perform, though, I was completely fascinated, and have been a fan of hers ever since. I hope to attend one of her upcoming live performances soon.
