Bolter is just a default nick I use around the internet. I think it'd be easiest if I just quoted my post in the "Why are you a fan of Emily?" thread. Quote: I unintentionally saw Emily during the Winter Olympics when my mom turned on a tape of the skating programs during dinner (yes, I'm 19 and still living at home). Skating has never interested me enough to follow it; instead it was Emily's personality that shown through her skating that really attracted me. She's so spirited, fun loving and has a great smile (as you all point out). Plus she puts more personality and artistry into her skating than most skaters I've seen. Her "Proud Mary" program is an excellent example of this, few jumps but overflowing with style. I hope none of you are appalled by my lack of interest in skating, shrugs we all have our own interests, right? Currently I am working a part time production job and am attempting to figure out what I want to study in college. I enjoy both Art and Science and am looking for a field that would incorporate both. My research lately has been focused on Photography, Cinematography, or Toy Making due to the use of design, technology, and various material components.
