The most exciting news at EmilyHughes.com is Emily's forthcoming appearance at Ice Chips 2009. The article is here: http://www.emilyhughes.com/pages/articles_news/1/112 And here's the text:
Emily's gorgeous performances at Ice Chips last year were what got me interested in skating in the first place, so I'm thrilled that this is happening. As for jumps, I'll be happy either way. If she feels more comfortable taking it easy on jumps, that's okay. Her skating style is a dream to watch, jumps or not. Interesting that she's choosing modern music for one of her routines. Last year's Ice Chips show had Emily do two numbers, one of which was more modern ("Low") and one of which was more melodic ("Taking Chances"). I hope Emily does two numbers this year as well. If so, I wonder what the music for the second routine might be? |
