Yeah...so I just went out and saw it...

Extremely General Review with no intended spoilers:
It was definitely one of the funniest movies I have ever seen. However, it also lies among one of the most obscene ones, as well, rivaling South Park for its combination of profanity, racism, anti-semitism, and cultural misunderstandings that result in hilarious outcomes. For those who are easily offended, this would not be something that would be very enjoyable...yet for the relatively liberal and tolerant, this could be one of the best comedy movies ever made.

The entire thing is basically a series of jokes loosely related through Borat's travels through America. The main character visits a myriad of places around the states. A huge amount of aspects of American culture are introduced.

On side note: Watchers should be warned that there will be one 5-minute excessively obscene segment where one may wish he or she has never been born. It will be completely obvious as to when it is during the film. When you encounter this part and happen to dislike it, feel free to put your head between your knees until the rest of the theater audience stops yelling and (some) laughing.

Final (possibly repetitive) note: the movie actually isn't very bad unless you hold conservative beliefs. The acting is surprisingly astounding. Even under the greatest pressures, Cohen (who plays Borat) remains in character. Editing works very well with the story. Be sure to heed the "R" rating, though. Truthfully, all of my laughter has been sucked out by this film. Anyways, that's it... There was my pathetic attempt at reviewing a movie :)

Rating: 4.5/5 Triple Axles

Okay it's really not as funny as ppl said it was.I mean it's funny but not that funny. Also there's some nudity and lots of sexual jokes. But over all it was okay not for little kiddies though.

Very true about the sexual jokes part. Those felt more obscene than funny, but, personally, the rest of the film sort of overshadowed those few moments that are probably mostly meant for "shock" value. Right, it's definitely not for little kids. I still hold my stand on saying that it can easily be one of the funniest movies ever made. :D
