Novice Posts: 177 Group: Members Member #16 Joined: November 2, 2006	I am glad she has a site but it is very difficult to load, etc. I too am very excited about the new EH site! Almost every athlete had a site but not Emily. It was almost impossible to find out anything about Emily and her training, her program, or her life other than the occasional magazine article...so it is about time that she gets out to her fans and to the public. BUT the site won't load up on many computers or loads up partially due to Active-X [which I consider garbage]. These new enhanced "cutting edge" apps often crash systems or take forever to load up. I've gotten on the site thru a couple of different computers--on one MUSIC came on and every time I came back to the front page the music came on again--I found that highly irritating. Many sites give you an option how you want to browse. Others allow you to bypass all the glitzy effects and sounds and allow to get to the heart of the site. A good example is the RONNY & JAMES 'Monica SELES' site that is an awesome site and lets u bypass the introduction of dancing screens and effects. I think I'm gonna give some feedback to her site. I LIKE the new EH web site and am so glad she's got one. During the Olympics I thot of getting the EmilyHughes.com domain since no one seemed to have gotten it but I decided against it as I thot Emily would/should have that domain for herself... On another PC at a library 1/2 of the site loaded up and few of the links worked due to the need to configure the "Active-X" application. What about all these people in Russia, China, Brazil, etc. that use older PCs and older OS's [OPerating systems] to access web sites. I had a big site a few years ago and people came into the site site using Windows 3.1, W95, 98, ME, and W2000 as well various MAC OSs and other platforms and browsers such as Opera. I WANT Emily's site to be accessible to everyone and so I hope I don't rant on too much. GO Emily -- u r Exceptional! Armand
