True, and people also say that if Kimmie's 3-3 combo in her SP was downgraded to a 3-2 (it was 1/4 turn cheated), then Emily would have won. There's always next year though, guys. I'm sure Emily will have her chance to be on top of the podium at Nationals... just like Kimmie. =P

Yes, the -1 deduction for the fall made the difference. Except for the fall Emily skated a winning LP, her jumps at Nationals were the best all season. Congrats to Emily, now on to the Worlds.

Novice Posts: 177 Group: Members Member #16 Joined: November 2, 2006	She was AWESOME!!! Huge jumps and this was after she was injured! I think that if height and speed and power were JUDGED EH would have beat Kimmie by some 5 to 10 points!! Emily is so strong she is almost freaky! What height and power. So so close and Emily has every reason to be proud. She is a true star, a true athlete, and a very wonderful person. CONGRATS!!! eh Respect and loyalty always! ac 'fanofgold' -- she was GOLDEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
