Novice Posts: 127 Group: Members Member #44 Joined: January 30, 2007	I've been waiting a long time to post these. I was taking full advantage of my front row seats here. They aren't all masterpieces, but I hope you guys enjoy them. (Not bad for a pocket digicam anyway...) I hope it doesn't break the rules to post this many...

Right under the banner (kinda to the left-ish), there's a link that says "Forum Rules". Or...you can just click here. There's also an FAQ here, but there isn't much there yet other than forum ranks. I don't think there's an official rule against limiting the size of posts. Sometimes, though, it's a little easier for users with a lower connection speed to load the page if the links to the pictures are posted (as opposed to the pictures themselves) so that all of them don't load at once. I would assume that bringing up 49 more pictures would be quite a task for those with dial-up =P. Very nice pictures! Thanks for posting them. =)

Usually if the images are really big it's best to just post their links. If you're familiar with ImageShack, they have a feature where you can generate a thumbnail which people can than click to get the full image. Like imnamerican said, dial-up users have a hard time loading big images. Splitting the pictures between two threads and putting the 56k warning was another good way to go about it.
