Not sure if anyone else here had this problem, but TWICE this year when the USFSA website listed Cup of Russia, it was simply not on. So I never got to see or tape it. Anyone interested in doing any tape trading? I could make a list of what I have. Anyone know of a better guide to future skating events? USFSA is usually right but .... |

Oh my GOD. Not only because of the detail of that page, but that tomorrow is like Skating Marathon Day. And tomorrow they will also air Cup of Russia (that I missed.) Problem is, I don't get ESPN Classic, but my sister might. I'll have to set it up to tape. Also, I'd still be up for tape trading sometime. Thanks for the link. BTW, that tagline is hilarious.

Argh. No one I could find had ESPN classic, so I missed it again.. anyone want to trade Cup of Russia for anything else? Maybe we can work something out... |

I try to tape all skating if I can. I got cable for ESPN and espn2 and the Weather and History channels. I am trying to get the MARSHALL'S from Dec 2005, where the fans voted. That was when I realized how AWESOME a skater EH was. She was a woman among kids... ...and I'd also like the Marshall's from March or April 2005, was down in Florida. Emily was like a little ball of energy... I don't have these tapes and am trying to find them. I tape on VHS but I really want stuff on CD-R or DVD. Tapes take up too much space. I am trying to get set up so I can copy stuff from VHS to CD-R or CD-RW or DVD, but alas my PC is really old--an old 486...so I can't use it to copy stuff. But I can probably take my VHS and make a VHS copy or have a friend put stuff on CD or DVD. I PAID a skate tape trader $9 recently for a rare Sarah Hughes program from 5 years ago. The quality of the tv show was lousy even tho it was put on DVD. |
