Warnings are given upon minor infractions of the rules. A minor infraction is defined as Flaming, Trolling, Spamming, asking for ROMs, and other rule infractions. Warnings may also be accompanied with other punishments depending on your own warn level, or the degree of infraction. Warn Level and Punishment 1 Warning - No Additional Punishment 2 Warnings - No Additional Punishment 3 Warnings - Three Day Suspension 4 Warnings - Underdogged, One Week Suspension. Underdogs cannot make their own topics, have a smaller PM box, lose the privilege to edit their own profile and cannot edit their own posts. It is strict, but it is the last stop before a member would be banned, and is a show of force to follow the rules 5 Warnings - Banned Warnings are less serious then larger punishments, and having one isn't a big deal. But when warnings stack up they show a problematic member. If you feel you've been wronged, then we encourage you to message an administrator or global moderator, and explain why you think you were wronged. Warnings can also be removed by personal request if an administrator or moderator decides that you have improved and gotten better, after you recieved the warning. You may only ask, so please don't challenge their decision. Note: The Staff will use any means necessary to deal with major infractions of the rules, such as mass spamming of one message, posting pornography, or other large no-nos. This includes suspension on the first infraction, underdogging, and up to being banned. |
