If I may, I believe a small correction may need to be made on the Wt of Claws/Fangs/etc that aren't given in the game. If the Wt was, say, >8 for the Gwyllgi's Hellfang, it'd be calculable if you use the Avoid formula and find discrepancies in the enemy's Avoid. Let's say, for instance, the Gwyllgi has 20 Spd, 10 Lck, 8 Con, and Hellfang. If the Avoid is 46, you can conclude that the weapon weighs 10, since you're losing 4 Avd from the base Avoid, and since Avoid = Spd*2 + Lck, you can conclude that you divide the discrepancy in half to get -2 AS and thus 10 Wt. However, unless CATS simply didn't check Avoid (fully plausible, don't get me wrong), the Wt should be able to be calculated from this. Since it isn't specified, we can assume the weapon weighs less than the unit's Con because surplus Con doesn't add to AS (and since it doesn't, there's no way to tell if a weapon has 8 Wt or 6 when equipped to a 10-Con unit). I've been dancing around the point, so I'll say it: the greater than sign by the monster weapons without specified Wt ingame should be changed to less than signs. ...Whoops, typed too much. >_> |
