Everytime I download from superbusnet it never seems to work...all I see is a bunch of text come up and it whould slow down the internet.Then nothing whould happen...but I have the patch already its just not the fully updated one.

... Right click it and save it.

From what you're telling me, you're viewing the .zip/.ips as a text file in your browser. Not good. When you're on the page where you can download it, simply right click and hit "Save Target As.."
