If I keep going at 1.5 levels, it's still gonna vary. So these stats are basically useless. Maybe we could look at them at 20/5? He'd probably be a higher level than everybody else, since he already came promoted. And he STILL would suck. I'll leave it here, for now. Until I have something to work with.
