I'm sure that you could come up with a reasonable dimension size yourself, but as for the icons themselves... The root admin (Eaichu) should have something like Marcus, Seth, Olsen, etc. Veterans should have Percival. Underdogs, probably a Bug (The enemy) sprite. Global Moderators should have Fado, or Hayden. Country leaders should have a character corrseponding to the country thet represent. (Like Pent for the Etrurian leader.) The normal FEFFer should have a civillian sprite. And I think the RPM's can come up with something of their own; I have no idea what might represent them.
