She starts with like 19~ (18.7) HP, and 2~ (2.3) DEF. Something only needs 21 Atk to kill her in one hit, which is about everything when you get her. Douglas is unable to die, unless you feed him to a pack of Wyvern Lords or something. 20 base DEF, 46 HP, axes and lances. Douglas can walk into an army of Myrmidons, Swordmasters, Nomads, and Nomad Troopers, and not die. So, Douglas could pick up Roy, and walk casually through chapter 18, having both units being completely safe. He is a tank. Cath hardly even has thief utility. She can't thief unless someone (Like Douglas) and escorts her to a chest, so she doesn't die on the way there. Then, you already have 2 superior thieves, who don't die in one hit, Chad and Astol. A 3rd thief is un-nessisary, and pointless. If History has taught me anything, its the side with the most tanks wins. And the side with the most fighting rapable girls loses.
