Why cap his Str at 25 when he can easily do 30? Meh, he won't get 30 Str on average ingame, Colm wants the first Ocean Seal so all that's left is to make him a fighter, in which case Hero would be a better choice. Swords > bows and 2 points of Spd > 1 or 2 points of Str (because of hitting the cap around 20/10), but Ross won't hit 20/20 ingame, so it's fine.
