Earlygame, Hector goes from level 1 to level 20. Oswin goes from level 9 to level 20, and then is promoted, and starts eating EXP. Later one, when Hector promotes, everyone else is like, 20/5 to 20/10, and Hector is 20/1. So he gains a ton of EXP. And, unlike Nino, Hector doesn't suck.
