What are you talking about? There's also a clear third best, and a clear fourth best, and a clear fifth best. It just goes on. You have to draw the line somewhere. Alan x Lance is the only one with two Top Tiers, so banning it is fine. The others for unb7, seriously. Well, that, and I suppose Echidna is far from god tier material... Sure, unbanned. The gap between the second and third best is too large. That's my problem with it. Clarine x Rutger combines the best offense in the game with a very good mounted healer and magic user. That's a big gap from any other teams. Clarine is first tier material. Having one flaw =/= out of h4x tier.
